We develop all our genetic tests with the most advanced techniques, optimizing each point of the diagnostic process, including the pre-analysis and the amount of clinical material needed.
We are aware of the value of each clinical sample and pay maximum attention to its quality and processing.

Samples must be shipped immediately after sampling at room temperature and at no stage should they be frozen
cfDNA (circula ng-tumor DNA)

Cord Blood
≥ 1 mL
≥ 2 mL for karyotype
Specimens need to be shipped immediately at RT with transport medium
Amniotic Fluid
≥ 10 mL into a sterile conical tube
≥ 20 mL for Southern blot or karyotype
Amniotic fluid samples should be shipped overnight at room temperature. Please, ensure samples do not freeze (temperatures should not fall below +4°C)
CVS (Chorionic villi)
A minimum of 10 cleaned villi
Specimens need to be shipped at RT with transport medium. Please, ensure samples do not freeze (temperatures should not fall below +4°C)
Bone Marrow Aspirate (nh4-heparin)
≥ 2 mL
Specimens need to be shipped immediately at RT with transport medium
Solid biopsy/tissue Sample
Volume ≥ 0,5 cm2 or 50 mg
Specimens need to be shipped at room temperature with transport medium. Please, ensure samples do not freeze (temperatures should not fall below +4°C)
FFPE (FORMALINE-FIXED PARAFIN EMBEDDED TISSUE)
1 Block
≥ 10 sections of 10um thickness and control slide with clearly marked area of enriched tumor
Notes: Pathology report must accompany the sample.
FFPE samples can be sent via regular mail at room temperature
