grupos en riesgo de exclusi\u00f3n con m\u00e1s dificultades a la hora de acceder a un empleo y m\u00e1s facilidades a la hora de padecer de una brecha salarial m\u00e1s acusada. En Reference Laboratory Genetics apostamos de forma clara por las aptitudes y capacidades de este colectivo, estando convencidos de la necesidad de integrarlas en todos los niveles de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n. Por ello, en cumplimiento con la Ley 12\/1982 (Ley LISMI), m\u00e1s de un 2% de nuestro equipo est\u00e1 formado por personas con alg\u00fan grado de
